Painshill Park Wedding Venue in Surrey

Painshill Park Wedding Venue in Surrey

The history of Painshill Park dates back in to the early 18th century, when Charles Hamilton began to accrue land in the area, amassing over 200 acres. His goal was to create a naturalistic garden more along the latest trends in design. After World War II, the estate was divided and sold for commercial purposes, but by 1980 the local council had bought 158 acres back and began restoring them to their original condition.

Over 80,000 people visit Painshill Park each year, and quite a few of those are there to attend weddings. The Conservatory at Painshill Park features a neutral ivory background on the inside that allows you to create your own personal palette as you design your wedding. The Conservatory can serve as many as 230 guests for a seated dinner or 400 guests if they are standing. The beautiful views around the Conservatory make for an ideal setting to take wedding film shots and also wedding party photographs.
